Applications

The miniDOT measures the amount of dissolved oxygen within the aqeous solution. Dissolved oxygen is the concentration of gaseous oxygen found in the water and is a very important component to the health of the aquatic ecosystem. Organisms found within the aquatic environment rely upon dissolved oxygen.

The miniDOT logger can be used in a variety of monitoring applications. The fluorescence technology allows this logger to effectively and accurately collect dissolved oxygen measurements in many different liquid sources.
