Dissolved Oxygen Temperature Logger
The miniDOT oxygen logger collects temperature and dissolved oxygen measurements and stores them to an internal 2GB SD card. The dissolved oxygen sensor is an optode that measures lifetime-based luminescence quenching of fluorescence of a thin membrane. This oxygen logger collects measurements of dissolved oxygen with an accuracy of +/- 5% and temperature to +/- 0.1 degrees C. The miniDOT oxygen logger is self contained and able to function within a variety of liquid environments. Data are stored on an internal SD card and are offloaded to a computer via a USB card reader.
The miniDOT oxygen logger can be programmed to make measurements at 1 minute intervals to 1 hour intervals. The table below shows the approximate endurance at various sample intervals.

The miniDOT logger is completely self contained and includes an optical DO sensor, a temperature sensor, battery and SD memory card.
All of the miniDOT logger measurements are collected onto the SD card located inside. Data can be placed on a computer by removing the card and copying the contents. The card can be obtained by opening the logger.
